We're organizing a little gathering to meet each other!!

A few details to start with:
• The meeting point will be held in the town of Arlanc, not far from Clermont Ferrand, in Auvergne (county 63)
• The gathering is held from Thursday June 23rd to Sunday June 26th 2011

Programme of the weekend
1. Thursday 23rd : arrival of the 1st participants and allocation of accommodation
2. Friday 24th : the rest of the group arrives, leaving free time to those who arrived the day before.
3. Saturday 25th: 9h30 departure for a bike trip.http://goo.gl/maps/2Lpz 12h30 lunch break
then back to Arlanc for a little parade in the city centre and the election of the most beautiful MT.

4. Sunday 26th : that's it! everybody goes home!

Organization

Each country will make only one booking, for the number of participants as well as for the number of bikes. A booking email with Name, Firstname and pseudo is required for each participant.

..Hallo alle zusammen

Ein kleines Treffen wird organisiert, damit wir uns alle sehen können ! ! Zuerst ein paar Informationen:
Der Treffpunkt wird in der Stadt Arlanc stattfinden, in der Nähe von Clermont Ferrand, im Département 63….l’Auvergne.
Die Daten fürs Treffen sind: vom Donnerstag, den 23. Juni bis zum Sonntag, den 26.Juni 2011.

Program des Wochenendes :
1.Donnerstag, den 23. : Ankunft der ersten teilnehmer und verteilung der unterkünfte.
2.Freitag, den 24. : Die übrigen mitglieder unserer gemeinschaft kommen an, während die
anderen freie zeit haben.
3.Samstag, den 25 : 9 Uhr 30 abfahrt für einen spazierfahrt mit dem motorrad, http://goo.gl/maps/2Lpz 12 Uhr 30 mittagessen und dann rückfahrt richtung Arlanc für eine parade im stadtszentrum und

4.Sonntag, den 26 : das wär’s ! Wir werden alle nach hause zurückfahren!

Organisation :
Jedes Land soll eine einzige Reservierung machen und die zahl der Teilnehmer und motorräder angeben.
Es muss unbedingt eine bestätigung per Mail mit name, vorname oder pseudonym gemacht werden.

Un piccolo assembramento per tutto incontrarci ! !

Di accesso alcune spiegazioni: il luogo di appuntamento sarà nella città di Arlanc, non lontano da Clermont-Ferrand, nel dipartimento 63, . l'Auvergne.
Le date dell'incontro sono: del Giovedì 23 giugno alla domenica 26 giugno 2011

Programma di questo week-end:
1. Giovedì 23: arrivata dei primi partecipanti e distribuzione degli alloggi
2. Venerdì 24: il resto della nostra piccola comunità arriva, lasciando il tempo libero agli altri partecipanti
3. Sabato 25: 9h30 partenza per la ballata in moto, http://goo.gl/maps/2Lpz12h30 colazione: poi ritorno verso Arlanc per una piccola parata in centro città e l'elezione del più bel MT.

Organizzazione :
Ogni paese dovrà fare una sola prenotazione, per il numero di partecipanti così come il numero di moto. Una conferma per maglio con nome, nome o pseudonimo di ogni partecipante è necessaria ed indispensabile.

¡Una reunión para encontrarnos todos! ¡Antes que nada, algunas explicaciones!

El punto de encuentro es la ciudad de Arlanc, cerca de Clermont Ferrand, en el departamento 63… Auvergne
Las fechas del encuentro son: del jueves 23 de junio hasta el 26 de junio del 2011.

Programa del fin de semana:
1.Jueves 23 : Llegada de los primeros participantes y distribución de las habitaciones.
2.Viernes 24 : Llegada del resto de nuestra pequeña comunidad: tiempo libre para los otros
participantes.

Organización :
Cada país deberá hacer una sola reservación, por el número de participantes así como la cantidad de motos. Es

cada participante.

Un petit rassemblement pour tous nous rencontrer ! !

D’abord quelques explications :
Le lieu de rendez-vous sera dans la ville d’Arlanc, pas loin de Clermont-Ferrand , dans le département 63… . l’Auvergne.
Les dates de la rencontre sont : du Jeudi 23 juin au dimanche 26 juin 2011

Programme de ce week-end :
1. Jeudi 23 : arrivée des premiers participants et distribution des logements
2. Vendredi 24 : le reste de notre petite communauté arrive, laissant le temps libre aux autres participants
3. Samedi 25 : 9h30 départ pour la ballade en moto, http://goo.gl/maps/2Lpz 12h30 déjeuner: puis retour vers Arlanc pour une petite parade en centre ville et l’élection de la plus belle MT.

Organisation :
Chaque pays devra faire une seule réservation, pour le nombre de participants ainsi que le nombre de motos. Une confirmation par mail avec nom, prénom ou pseudonyme de chaque participant est nécessaire et indispensable.
